Virgin money exclusive fixed ISA 4 deposit after 30 days deal closed

Hi, I have an issue getting answers from virgin money. It took them over three months and failed to transfer in 22/23 ISA. The account is still active, I transferred some funds of 23/24 ISA in April after speaking with their staff. I did not know 30 days rule before. Now I am worried if I can continue to transfer the remaining 23/24 ISA allowance. If not what shall I do? They did not bounce the money back to me. Will they pay the interest? I can not open a cash ISA with another bank to deposit 23/24 as you only can have one ISA. I am stuck here and their saving department could not answer this question at tall.  I will never use them anymore as you can not move money online, once put in locked. Their customer service always confuses you and gives you different answers. Anyone has had this experience before? Thanks

One option for resolving your current year isa is obviously to break the fixed term bond with a minor penalty. Then you are free to transfer that to another isa and use the rest of your allowance in the year.

I finally resolved it after many calls. They sent back the amount which I deposited. I actually opened this account 4.25% for nothing! Waste of time competently. VM is not able to deal with any non Bacs ISA transfer. CS is useless.
