Make sure each piece of evidence has a separate reference number, preceded by your initials - so if Mr Joe Bloggs is submitting his evidence - JB1, JB2, JB3 etc. Have a front sheet index cross referencing each item. Within your WS any reference to an exhibit of evidence should be identified with the corresponding reference number.Fightback2 said:Ok thank you, I'll do that then.
In the meantime, what's the correct layout for an exhibits bundle? Is there any required information that needs to be present etc? Or any particular layout?
I have tried searching online but can't find any templates or anything anywhere online. Appreciate the help! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The index, headings and ending of a WS look like the one by @aphex007 (albeit that is not a CCJ set aside case) but I think what you've done is submitted a WS without the exhibits.
So just look at aphex's bundle and cover sheet and that's what exhibits look like. All page numbered.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
