CCJ to old address despite UPDATING their solicitors

Making the amendments now and I'll post an updated copy on here once finished.
I have a few questions though:
1) On the N244 application, in the top right, it says "Name of court" - is this the CCBC or my local county court that I want the hearing at?
2) Do I need to send the draft order with the application, or can I prepare this at a later date? I read on here the only things I need to send are the N244 + witness statement (draft order + exhibits can be sent later)
3) Regarding question 10 on the N244 - do I need a "statement of case"?

Don't worry about question 1 now, I have managed to find a picture template from another thread.
If somebody could please answer questions 2 & 3 I'd really appreciate it as I'm limited on time.0 -
Yes you can send a Draft Order later. Or not at all.
Your WS is your statement of case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm sorry, I'm really confused now - you're telling me I don't need to send a draft order at all?Coupon-mad said:Yes you can send a Draft Order later. Or not at all.
Your WS is your statement of case.
Question 10 on the N244 form gives 3 boxes I can tick:
Do I tick both the WS box and the statement of case box?
(Sorry for bold - just trying to highlight my questions)

Tick the top one. You are overthinking it.
Of course a person doesn't "have" to supply a Draft Order...how would anyone who isn't legally trained or being assisted here know they can do one? I'm sure most victims don't come to MSE but they still get CCJs set aside. They wouldn't fail by not supplying something they weren't asked to supply!PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Yes I agree, I probably am overthinking it.
I'm just a bit confused as to where I state which court I want the hearing to be at? There's no option on the form to select which court, will the CCBC just allocate it based on my address details?0 -
Yes they do just allocate it appropriately.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, sent my N244 and Witness Statement off just to update.
Had a question though - when's the deadline to send my Exhibits to them?
I have referenced my exhibits in my Witness Statement.
This includes proof of my original email, along with evidence of my address change, etc.

Don't think they have a deadline - it's an N244 application. Setting aside a CCJ.If you haven't attached the bundle to your WS (which we would have done) as long as you HAVE rung the CCBC to pay the £275 N244 fee, I'd now WAIT for an order with a hearing date, then (ONLY THEN) send your bundle to the LOCAL court and the solicitors for the Claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Ok thank you, I'll do that then.
In the meantime, what's the correct layout for an exhibits bundle? Is there any required information that needs to be present etc? Or any particular layout?
I have tried searching online but can't find any templates or anything anywhere online. Appreciate the help!0
