Can I claim for a flight booked via a travel website?

Hello
My flight to Milan, booked via trip.com, was 4 hours late, can I claim compensation from them, or only if I'd booked it directly with the airline, ITA?

    You claim from the airline, with compensation limited to delays caused by something within their control.
