Isbank 5% 1 Year via Raisin

The issue is lack of a link between the trading name "Isbank" and the presumed firm taking deposits, "Türkiye İŞ Bankası A.Ş" FRN: 204708. The latter is FCA authorised to accept deposits, however, it has not registered Isbank as a trading name.Band7 said:I also can’t find Isbank on the FSCS website. I might be looking in the wrong place and would appreciate if you can point us at reliable confirmation. If you can form an adequate link between Isbank and this firm, then you can be assured that FSCS protection applies:
The FSCS information sheet I linked in my previous post was taken directly from the isbank.co.uk website. If Raisin isn't providing such information, then that is their bad.3 -
What’s protected?

I think that the above is Isbanks FRN detail at FSCS. No doubt someone will let us know if this is incorrect.0

So the question is, is money protected via the Raisin option?0

Probably not wise to go over £85k via Raisin until confirmed. I would assume it's covered via Isbank FSCS though if it comes up on their search using their FCA number. Why not email them for confirmation?Steve_xx said:So the question is, is money protected via the Raisin option?0 -
I wouldn't go over 85k with any institution. The debate on here is relating to the name of the bank. Isbank does not appear on the FSCS register. But it seems that the holding bank is.0
