Incoming moan about NS&I.

At the moment 4.5% would be much too competitive. You'd probably need to see the competition firmly above 5% before NS&I moves to 4.5%.Thumbs_Up said:https:\/\/forums.moneysavingexpert.com\/discussion\/6443965\/incoming-moan-about-ns-i<\/a><\/p>Why do you want to use NS&I though? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80028724#Comment_80028724I know this sounds like I’m Virtue signalling but I kinda like their green savings bond 3 year fix. Just don’t want to lock in now at currently 4.20% when tomorrow or the next day or even next week it could be 4.50%

Is that right? Weird. Even less incentive for NS&I to make it a competitive account then.gt94sss2 said:At the moment 4.5% would be much too competitive. Premium bonds don’t do it for me and I can't see them competing with their other products they offer. Oh well a false dawn, money went in easily enough should be easy to take out as well.
So my assumption is correct it’s only the very rich who would keep their money in their protected up to a million quid, otherwise what pleb would invest with them, much better rates to be had elsewhere.

'Digital' will be a term unknown at NS&I, an analogue organisation if ever there was one....Eco_Miser said:
