Lebara - No VAT Invoicing

Having just switched from Three to Lebara, taking advantage of the MSE SIM only deal which is excellent, I have been in touch with Lebara via their chat and informed me that they can't give me a VAT monthly invoice. Wondering whether anyone else has had this issue and hoping there is no underhand reason?

Yeah it tells you this in the T&Cs:

https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/terms-and-conditions- "All Pre-Pay prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. No separate VAT invoices or receipts shall be issued by us."

You did read the T&Cs?
