    A laughable template rejection!
Ignore them, do not try IAS.
    Ignore the £170 debt demands.

Come back if you get a court claim.

If you move house within 6 years you must tell VCS in writing to ERASE your old address (never leave a PPC with an old address of a choice of postal addresses for the claim).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's the road I turned into. Obviously I didn't go beyond the Restricted Zone as there is a clear warning sign and I stopped in front of the gates on the left (Premium Car Park). The pictue of the Street View was taken 5 years ago, but I believe not much has changed since then, but if anyone is familiar with that airport, please correct me. I can't see any big NO STOPPING signs anywhere near on the google map pictures and I do not recall any of them that night when I stopped there.

    Aside from the charges regulations.

    >so I set the direction on my sat nav to Pick Up/Drop Off. Because it was late (around 11:30 pm), I hadn't seen the signage of the pick up car park and it took me to the next road with signage Yorkshire Premier Club/Premium Short Stay Car Park. I also hadn't seen  signage that says you can't stop there even for a second and to be honest, I just checked pictures from VCN notice and pictures on Google Maps, and there is no such signage. There is double yellow line though. <

They are not yellow lines, they are RED...
ALL approach roads to the airport area have signs up clearly stating "Red Route Clearway" NO STOPPING.

But well done for using FREE car park & not stopping in local streets or blocking farmers gates 👍

Oh I wouldn't block the road or someone's gate, that's for sure. I wouldn't also take a risk to wait couple of minutes on a prohibited zone as I know I would probably not got away with it. But to be honest, it was already dark (10:30 pm) and raining I believe, so I though they were yellow lines and if I knew the consequences, I would stop somewhere else. However I waited there for a long time already (2h drive + over an hour waiting ,not to mention that I was on my feet since 5:30), so once I got the phone call that I can pick them up, I wanted to do it asap and go back home. Being tired -> in a rush + not knowing the area and messed up layout of the car park confused me and we are here now...

Red lines on the public highway (approach roads) serve a purpose, on private land (the airport roadways) they are simply a waste of red paint.

At LBA the airport have extended the red lines onto airport land, it does not extend the Council's Traffic Regulation Order to private land.
