Hi,
I have a question regarding help to buy & lifetime isa. If I have a help to buy and my partner a lifetime isa are we able to claim the bonus from the government from both accounts?

Or is it better for me to transfer into a lifetime isa and do away with the help to buy isa?
Any help appreciated thank you!

A couple can use one of each between them towards a first property, provided that purchase complies with the requirements of both schemes. Transferring from your HTB to a LISA may be a better bet but only if you won't be buying for at least a year, and depends on how much you have already saved and will do in future....0
