Mud flap hanging off

It seems to ‘clip’ on (not sure how to describe it) but although I can get it back into place, it won’t stay there for long. Any potholes or bumps in the road knocks it off again. To save money, I was thinking of sticking it on with gorilla glue. Would this be ok? I don’t want to destroy the paintwork and cause rust. If…

Did you declare them as a modification when they were fitted?

No, they weren’t a modification. They came fitted as standard.
