How to list shares on C1 form for confirmation

Hi,
I'm filling out a C1 form and have found the examples on here really helpful. I have one query I can't find an answer to though. My mum left shares in a number of different companies that she inherited from her dad many years ago. How would I describe these on the C1 form? Would I list each company and number of shares individually and what country would I register them under - the country where the company's headquarters are? They are very small numbers of shares but in multiple companies (Prudential, Royal Dutch Shell, Scottish American, IHG Intercontinetal Hotels, M and G, Mitchell and Butler, Lloyds, Bradford and Bingley).
If anyone has any examples of how they've done this part to add to what's on the forum already that would be really helpful. Many thanks

The normal arrangement is that the location of the registered office determines location. It looks as if all these shares would be considered moveable estate in England and Wales.
If the shares are to be listed on the Inventory, I think that you need to list each holding individually, place an individual share price under the ‘price of shares’ column and a value in the end column. HMRC form C3 has information on valuing shares.
