Check out the following:

Currently shows that O2/Be should be available 31/12/07. Does anybody know how reliable these dates are? O2's helpdesk (contradiction!) wouldn't comment...

Pretty accurate i would imagine as it says "Be very kindly provide the site with daily updates of their unbundled exchanges list."
