Possible no interest paid during maturity rollover 14 day cooling off period

I wouldn't even comment on the suspected motive of UBL in not processing your transfer promptly. In a FOS complaint, we've seen instances where the adjudicator has taken exception to such comments and it has prejudiced them more in favour of the company. Best to keep it factual. It took 7 working days / 11 calendar days following their acknowledged receipt of the transfer request for any action to be taken on their part, during which time you could have been earning interest on the money.

Thanks to those who contributed to this thread, got complaints response just within UBL UK stated 35 working days.
They upheld complaint re maturity letter not mentioning no interest paid during maturity rollover 14 day cooling off period if withdrawn, they have said that will now be included within maturity letters, also upheld complaint about time they took to transfer ISA out despite being within recommended 15 working days.
They offered what I asked for £50 compensation including £24.33 interest.3
