As your thread title states "bad network system" and "signal drops in and out", it's worth doing your research to assess signal strength/performance at locations that matter to you (home/work/etc) before committing to a particular provider (or one of the MVNOs that run on their network). No idea why you would choose to pay £23 in 3 weeks for (data?) top-ups. You should have some idea of your usage level, and be able to find a service/package that caters to that. Lebara, amongst others, do offer some great deals, and at very competitive prices.3 -
I take it you signed up for the cheapest offer, 3gb data?
If you use that up you are then charged 9p/mb, so £23 would give you another 2gb-ish. For context giffgaff charge 10p/mb. The giffgaff £10 plan is for 20gb pm, if lebara wanted to charge you £5 pm it is likely they were offering less data allowance.
You say "I'm not a heavy user' but people will have very different concepts of what that means.

Data runs out too quickly? How much were you paying for and how much did you expect?I moved to Lebara on the £1.49 12GB deal.Apart from taking longer than expected to set up and no visual voicemail it has been great.Unlike giffgaff Lebara offer wifi calling which is a must these days IMOThings that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

I have seen some posts about issues with it. Happy to report I had none as an iPhone user. The good thing I suppose is that as it is a rolling 1 month contract you can leave easily.

You certainly can't be a low user if you've used £23 in 3 weeks. I pay £6.90 (it was £1.30 for first 6 months) and get 12Gb of data for that so you must be using substantially more.
BTW for reference data will not run out any quicker on one network than another, it is what you use and if you use more it will run out faster.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.2
