Contract Cancellation Eligibility Checker?

Wondered if anyone could perhaps help my family and I out?  One of us recall seeing a tool that supposedly checked for you if you were able to end your broadband contract early if a certain criteria had been met, but couldn't remember the name for it.

Where might we go to take advantage and hopefully benefit from such tool?  It may have been mentioned in a previous MSE show actually - in some broadband segment or something.

Why are you wanting to end your broadband contract early?

The requirements for doing that are fairly limited based on the T&Cs you agreed to when you signed up.  This is usually related to minimum guaranteed speeds that you don't get for an extended period, price rises (if not included in said T&Cs) and if the provider is going to stop providing the service.

There isn't really any other mainstream criteria as to ending it early - those are the main two/three.
