If you are worried of health issues with a mast 125 metres away, then I HOPE you do not own a mobile phone, because if you do, holding your phone to your ear will irradiate your brain with orders of magnitude more radio waves that the mast 125 metres away.

If you do own a phone then clearly you are not really worried and think of the fantastic 5G broadband speed you will get.

OK leaving aside health factors...have people experienced a hit in re-sale value when buying near a 5G mast?
Leaving aside health factors, you've said it isn't even going to be within sight of the house. I can't see why it would matter in relation to the marketability or value of the property.

5G, to my knowledge, is somewhat less powerful than 4G, so blanket coverage is going to require an abundance of transmitter masts.  As such, the majority of us will probably soon be living near one, rendering this a non-issue in all likelihood.  I live 'near' - within 200 yards - a mast of some description.  It has no effect on us whatsoever, other than allowing 5G smartphones a connection via that standard.

5G isn't very good, by the way!  It takes ages to respond to commands and often doesn't respond at all.  4G is just as fast and more reliable.

If its not visible it will make absolutely no difference to the future value of the house. Even if it was from a distance people aren't going to care

It seems no one here would consider a 5G mast (at least at this distance) an issue

I note there are endless battles between locals and the Councils versus the telecoms operators, over these masts though...that must be for a reason?

Yes, people don’t like change.  But they also don’t like poor mobile signal.

Is there any evidence that phone masts cause health issues?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Seriously, you will have good 5G signal. If you are worried about emissions, pay a bit extra for the tinfoil wallpaper.
