Virgin (on the ridiculous) mobile rounding up RPI increase to 20.0%

Just checking my bill, the increase seemed excessive. They declared a 17.3% increase by text message, but then applied 20.0%.
I thought I'd flag it up in case this is endemic.
I complained using the online chat, and ended up with a cheaper contract with more data, and 30 days notice. Go figure...
Not sure if they will refund me the 18p they overcharged last month though!
