All,
first I hope I’m posting in the right forum.
first I hope I’m posting in the right forum.
I booked flight with BA back in 2021 but because reasons beyond my control. I had to cancel my flight and BA offered me a voucher with a year to book a flight. This year I’m unable to travel again, I contacted me a to cancel my voucher but they only offered me to refund me the tax only. Voucher is due to end in September 2023. My question is am I entitled for full refund or not?

The bad news is that you're not entitled to a full refund.
The good news is that they've just announced a further year's extension to September 2024 so you should hopefully be able to use the voucher:
