I'm with 02 on a SIM only deal. The original contract is now rolling.  I've noted that for unlimited calls and texts and 30gb of data, that the cost has drifted from £10 to £13.17. I note when I browse Uswitch that there are several 02 deals there that are better suited to me. So in an ideal world I'd  be switching from 02 to 02 via Uswitch. Is it possible to do that, and if so, how? The same deals don't  seem to be present on 02s website.

Why faff arround with porting out and back in again?  Just phone them up and get a new deal if you want to stay with o2.  You may be surprised.

I haven't used Uswitch to do it but I have done similar through MSE so I don't see why not.

You don't have to. The easy way (which I did a couple of weeks ago) is to find a good deal on Uswitch or MSE etc and simply follow the link.

You will be taken to the O2 website with your chosen deal preselected. Continue with the purchase and when asked if you are an existing customer select Yes.

When asked if you want a new sim say No (ignore anything about a sim bring posted to you)

At some point you will have to sign into your account to proceed with the purchase. Various messages will be sent to you (including a request to read the terms and conditions which you have to accept before you can continue.

It's as simple as that. If you get a message saying call them on 202 just give them details of the deal and they will process it for you.

No porting out or anything else. Do a trial run to see how it works. As far as I know they are the only ones who let you do that. Don't forget to claim your Disney plus offer.
