    below is contract:

If you signed up to this Agreement before 25 March 2021, the price change will work as follows: Each year, your Monthly Subscription Charges will be subject to an annual adjustment by the RPI Rate. RPI (or Retail Price Index) is a measure of inflation published by the Office of National Statistics. It measures the change in the cost of a sample of retail goods and services. This adjustment could be an increase or a decrease and the adjusted amount will first appear on your April bill.

    But you originally said this,

    Sorry below is correct:

If you signed up to this Agreement on or after 25 March 2021, the price change will work as follows: Each year, your Monthly Subscription Charges will be subject to an annual increase by the RPI Rate plus an additional 3.9% which is applied at the same time. If the RPI Rate is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%. RPI (or Retail Price Index) is a measure of inflation published by the Office of National Statistics. It measures the change in the cost of a sample of retail goods and services. The increased amount will first appear on your April bill
  • It won't be a 30% increase anyway, as per experience someone has seen a bill with part month increases added for after the price increase & of course has went into full outrage mode quoting rubbish

This sounds about right - I presume you received an annual increase in April 2022, and then again in April 2023?

    April 2022: 11.7% (from a quick search)
    April 2023: 17.3%

    £30 * 1.117 * 1.173 = £39.30

These increases will likely be in your contract terms, so your chances of a successful complaint are limited. Check what you agreed to.
