    If I wanted to use evidence the Claimant has sent in (pictures, maps) do I copy them and give them my own reference number or do I refer to the reference number they have provided?

    I know reading other posts you guys have referred to it as something else, I was going to have a look and use that in my ws but haven't found it yet.

    We refer to it as a parking charge notice, not penalty and we sometimes call it a speculative invoice.

    Don't copy them. Refer to their exhibit number.
