Portfolio cash ISA providers for current tax year.

I would like to find a cash ISA provider that allows 'Portfolio' cash ISA accounts using this years allowance of £20k. My intention is to split the allowance into a 2 year fix and a 3 year fix. Needless to say, I am looking for competitive rates. I have searched for information about providers who accommodate this, but have failed to find any summary or list so far. Do I have to research individual providers, or is there a summary somewhere? Thanks in advance.
