    There is a 25% discount on the new internal insulation method that also reduces mould and condensation without taking much room up.
    Added to interest free credit over 3 years , it seems a good option.
    EWI will do little to insulate cavity walls, as the cavity vents will still be needed. Plus you end up with white render losing the current exterior finish. There are some brick and stone finishes available for ewi too.

    "new insulation method" - If this is spray foam, it is probably the worst thing you can do to any house (unless it was designed from the outset to have spray foam). Many surveyors will give a zero valuation to a property if/when sold, so you end up with a house that is very difficult to sell.
