Sky to Freesat Transition - Signal Issues

Hi All,
The house we just moved into has a sky satellite with two connections (H & V) on the LNB running into the living room. I am not sure if it was Sky Q or regular Sky from the past.

My TV has built-in Freesat (so I don’t think requires a Freesat box/receiver to then plug into the TV).
I swapped the old LNB (2 ports) for a hybrid one from Amazon (6 ports) and connected the two cables into the front two, leaving the back 4 ports free on the LNB.
The TV only has one satellite connection for the two cables running in from the satellite, so I just have one plugged in to the TV and the other one unused dangling next to it.
I am able to find the channels when searching for them, but I can’t get any picture or sound.
I thought I’d done everything needed but I’m drawing a blank now as to why it isn’t working.
Any ideas please? I’ve attached some images that might help.
Thanks,
Josh

The question has to be asked, why did you swap it? Its normal for two cables to come from the dish in any Sky setup (the exception being for older installations with only one cable). Did you test that it worked before you did anything else? You may have made the rod for your own back.Note that in most TVs a built-in satellite connector isn't the "Freesat" thing, its usually just a list of channels with all the regional variations with no separation as to which one is for your area. If you want the full Freesat experience you need a separate box.0

Have you tried swapping to the other cable where it goes to the tv. I Installed a simple (non recording)freesat box for my SD and it only used one cable to get all the channels0

My SKY hybrid just has three pair of connectors with the two nearest the dish being the wideband (Q) connectors. Are you sure you used the correct connections.
I think my Q connections are the two nearest the dish but I'm not sure as I didn't actually install it and I've got four cable coming from it one pair to the Q box and one to a FreeSat box. Did you actually try the existing LNB to se if it and the cabling worked.
When you changed the LNB did you ensure that it was in exactly the same place relative to the dish surface and orientation (twist) as the one you removed - its important that the LNB has the correct polarisation, especially with an elliptical SKY dish. You need to check that it corresponds with your location.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
