Definitely an issue with Google somewhere, my wife just ordered the same phone using the same Tesco credit card (only difference is its her name on the card) and everythingwas fine. Maybe a coincidence but I also received a good discount via email from the Google store this afternoon which we used. Just can't order anything from the Google store on my own

Very disappointed with Google, they're so quick to respond and polite with their customer service, but failed to get a resolution.0
