Itvx app and tv liscense

If I downloaded and signed up for the itvx app to watch shows (not live, only on demand ) and films do I need to have a tv liscense ?

You only need a licence for live tv

Okay thank you I was not sure if itvx app warranted the need for a tv liscense. I am not wanting to watch live shows. Only on demand entertainment on the itvx

If you don't watch live you don't need a licence.
