I had to call them two days ago after locking my online account.
I was asked to leave a message and was told they would call back, which they did in ten minutes.
    The call handler was brilliant.
My experience of them has been good.

I've never had a problem with them. I've had instant access, regular savers and fixed rate accounts with them over the years and everything has worked fine.

Paying into my saver account takes a while
    Usually the following day
Transferring money out takes about two hours before it arrives in my current account with another Bank

I've therefore decided to stick with Kent Reliance

I'm currently getting 3.5% on an easy access online saver which is very competitive

KR send me a text and an email when I make a transfer out of the account which is reassuring

I've had various accounts - bonds / ISAs / Regular Savers with them. Never had any problems either in the bank or on the phone. I have always found the staff very friendly and very helpful.
DH's family have all had various accounts with the for years.
Same here. I have been banking with them since more than five years ago. \they used to have a top-notch Regular Saving Account. Also it my memory serves well, they used to allow their saving account to be paid using debit-card. Do not know now but I found  their telephone banking staffs are good and comparable with other high street banks, but with less waiting time.
I still have saving with them with minimum balance.
  • No issues just a very clunky web site and the whole experience feels dated and old fashion (but not in a good way!)
