Joined PN last week but can now see they offer the same package for £3 cheaper a month......has anyone had any luck getting PN to change you over to a new going rate when it's changed after just ordering it? I mean I'm in the cooling off period so there's nothing stopping me cancelling and then re-ordering at this new lower price but just wondered if PN would just do it and save all that hassle?

They have always been reasonable with me just ask politely, perhaps mention cancelling
