It's a long time since I looked in any details about emoyment/contract law but seriously?
You agree a settlement which I suspect was very much offered as a way of saving the company time and money in following the entire grievance process and then post that comment (and before you had received payment).
If I was your previous employer, agreed a settlement for you to leave and you then posted that I would be cancelling the settlement as well.
Updated to add even if you were not told not to post anything about your situation doing do means your previous employer can legitimately mention that you posted online comment about how your employment with them ended etc.5 -
You only have yourself to blame.
From start, to finish.2 -
Oh my days I didn't speak about the case I was asked where were you? I replied I resigned, what am I supposed to say I've been on holiday for a month? I've known these people for 4 years, that's maybe how you treat your friends but I certainly don't, then when I'd left said I'm still on holiday? You and Billy don't work for my employer do you by chance? (joke, humour) It was a done deal, now they're reinstating my formal grievance hearing and the disciplinary hearing, utter madness.0

You could have just said 'I've left for another job', or told your friends privately and definitely not in writing on a page connected with your former employer.
You didnt just say you resigned, you said you stated 'don’t listen to what your hear I resigned loved the job but the people are shocking don’t be lulled into thinking anything else'.
That is quite literally speaking about the case! I'm staggered you can't see that.5 -
Why would you even comment.
You could have just said "been a. Bit quiet been busy but back now"
By not applying a filter (again) you have thoroughly annoyed your employer (again)
I would suggest you focus on challenging the change of mind if you think it's not legal or just move on and accept that this is as a direct result of your actions
Edit: you could still resign1 -
You shot yourself in the foot, at least you have a new job lined up. You bad mouthed your previous workplace, knowing they had access to your on line presence, what did you expect them to do? Praise you?1

But that's the truth! Its not run by my company its a private closed group for residents on the park, They were hearing all sort's of stuff that wasn't true. That's it I'm done here, instead of vilifying me try and help answer the question asked and not deviate on to your own agenda.0

If there is one thing to take from this thread it is that actions have consequences.
Something that the OP appears never to have considered.
Time to reflect and hopefully move on.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid2 -
