Don't bother trying to get a loyalty discount. Just pick the best deal out there for you and swap to it.

If you are happy with the reliability and speed I reckon you should be able to get a deal under £30 for Fibre 65 if you take an 18 or 24 month contract.
TT also offer a Fixed Price Plus contract where you avoid the March/April annual increases, I have Fibre 35 at £24.95 for 24 months on FPP.
Call them and haggle !1 -
Just call them or have a chat (probably easier) with the loyalty team.
And haggle, you can use offers like Shell Energy (£24.99/month) or Vodafone (£25) to get a better deal, pretending you are moving your broadband contract to either. Potentially you could even get a 12 month contract, if you remind them you could get it from NOW Broadband (£26/month).1 -
I called talktalk when I was moving
I was offered eventually fibre 125 and after it went up in April I now pay £25.07 18 month contract
I live in a flat too but not had any problem whatsoever1
