  • simple answer to that is No, because the leak was audible, then when I opened the cupboard the water was jetting out, therefore I immediatly turned the pump off and  and drained down the system, so any damage was already done, at water content of over 40% was evident in the plywood

    I have sent the email to my dealership- she has told me the technician will have my vehicle ready to collect in the working state I have asked for failing the part arriving in time. Interestingly she told me that Nova, their suppliers, told them a different story when the part was ordered
    They sound like they are being quite reasonable with you provided they do what they say of course

    But the motor homr was not usable until they had replaced the floor so it was prudent o start that work.

    The motorhome was not useable, because the pump sends water everywhere at once to the 2 sinks shower and toilet, therefore it needed to be capped off when the broken heater was removed.
