House no aerial

I live in a house with outside aerial since living here we have always use sky or a BT box to get television. However, with the increased cost of these is there any other way I can get TV without spending the £20 a month. We like watching the five normal channels and then we have Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Please help.

Use Internet to deliver your services.

    Smart TV, Firestick, IPTV services.

Here's a simple guide from the freeview website:-

If you go down the firestick/chromecast free TV route which I use for catchup tv, you are still going to need to pay the subscriptions for prime and for netflix.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Surely the remedy to not having a TV aerial, is to get a TV aerial, either internal or external ‘fixed’ aerial, probably around £100 installed, or a ‘internal’ set top type aerial ( £20-£30) or a DIY install ( fitted in the loft for arguments sake ) probably around the same cost as a set top aerial.
There are ‘free’ feeds of terrestrial TV on the internet, but I doubt they are particularly good.

Can't you get a lot of TV via sky without paying or have they stopped that.  I certainly do but then I bought my box a lot of years ago & have never paid for sky or do they expect the box back?

Surely the remedy to not having a TV aerial is to use the Sky dish (you do have a Sky dish?) and a Freesat box?

I was not technical and got rid of my skybox in place of my BT one.

If you've got a satelite dish then a £30 - 40 freesat box from any supermarket (mine came from Asda) will give you the main free to view channels see below

An indoor aerial would depend on the area.  Where I am we need about an 8 ft mast attached to the chimney, which can be a little interesting to watch when it is windy.
