Notice of Transfer of Proceedings

Hi there, following the advice given in the newbies
thread and after sending through my defence, I've had a Notice of Transfer of
Proceedings letter through which says that the claim has been transferred to a
county court hearing centre for allocation. It goes on to say that the file
will be referred to a procedural judge who will allocate the claim to track and
give the case management directions.
I’m no legal expert, so what does this actually mean and should I be ready to go to court for this claim (it was a ticket from 2017).
Furthermore, I've now had two other Letter Before Claim (LBC) come through, one for my partner and one mine. All incidents were in my own space at my flats and I'm fuming. This is becoming so mentally draining, spending unnecessary time completing these defences - is there another option? I'm tempted to ignore them or offer DCB Legal some money. Thoughts?
Failing that I may speak to my housing association who are usually quite useless and ask them to deal. Any thoughts are welcome.

Is this connected with your other thread?

If so, keep all issues about the same claim on one thread/discussion. You need to speak to the housing association if you are getting PCs when you have a valid right to park there or, as @Coupon-mad will often write - MOVE!1 -
Yes, I'll add to that thread, thanks very much!

is there another option? I'm tempted to ignore themThat plan will result in default judgments against you both, with an utterly catastrophic affect on your creditworthiness for 6 years. You will be financially suffocated.is there another option? I'm tempted to offer DCB Legal some money. The only money they are likely to accept at this early stage is full payment on each of the claims. Later in the process they will offer a (still outrageous) 'Without Prejudice' figure to settle. Do not consider accepting any of these, it is all a pressure tactic to part you and your wife from your monies - and for dcble and their PPC from having to deal with a court hearing.Play the game by following the forum's advice, and you could soon find you and your wife mentioned in despatches here:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
