Hope you get the support you need to make life better for Twinkle Piggers.
So this morning I did all my Tuesdailies except hoovering and mopping. Finally the front grass got cut and I did the back again too. Walked Poppet, Had a dance class, did some knitting and have been to a meeting tonight.Spend less now, work less later.5 -

Morning all - a momentous day for you, Valli x
I'm glad you have Twinkle's results at last, pigpen, but very sorry that you and she have yet another complication to deal with in your lives. However, better the enemy you know, and the availability of GF products is far better now than even just a few years ago.
K came yesterday and cleaned through my house in an hour and a half (bless her - I'd only asked her to help change my bedding, as my shoulder was so sore). Meanwhile I did WMx3 and hung everything out in sunshine and a stiff breeze, so all was dry by lunchtimeAfter a nap I walked Rosie, then wiped out the almost-empty fridges and re-arranged the freezer contents (having defrosted one on Monday) whilst reheating Saturday's leftover curry for our tea.
Today's aspirations, in no particular order:
- FUPA the clean washing
- send a birthday card
- finish the last few pages of filing
- reply to a 70th birthday party invitation
- send some emails
- read through a load of bumph that DH has printed out, allegedly for my benefit
- ring the kennels re Rosie's holiday
- get DH to book somewhere for us to stay
- Action Heart
- food shop on the way home at the big MrAl
- fill my hosta pots with slug wool pellets before the slimy monsters eat the plants to bits
- give thanks that the dog walker will be taking Rosie out!6 -
Valli great news, enjoy belling ringing xxWell I never knew that ISA's could be transfered during their fix terms, (thanks to MSE email) I do now, (you loose x days interest) so I have just transfered one that was at 1% to one at 4.4% not a lot in the ISA but every little helps, the % interest jump from 1% to 4.4% is just amazing to me.I thought once it was fixed that was it for the fixed term...........wanders off to look at email again..........Kitchen doneMince out defrosting for spag bol tonight.I have my own plant selling table up at the top of the drive, with all the extra chives I have potted on, doubt I'll be making a fortune, at 50p per pot, but it may help some local gardeners out.I've signed up to Royal British Legion May 2023 walk if anyone woulds like to donate, let me know, I'll pm the link.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Hope everyone got home in one piece, pigpen x
Very quiet on here today!
I have crossed a lot of things off my list, but still have a few unfinished admin items which will be carried over to tomorrow. I did manage to protect the hostas with the slug wool pellets, so am hoping to have a good display in the back yard this summer (they're in pots in the shade on the north side of the house).
Bed calls. Hope the WAC is unoccupied tonight xxx6 -

Absolutely the best way to celebrate, Valli!
I am feeling much better today after a decent night's sleep. The sun is shining again, and I am determined to make progress with my list this morning so that we can go out with Rosie this afternoon and take her for a woodland walk where the bluebells are in flower.7
