Morning!
Bright and sunny here today. Would love to be cracking on with Thursdays list 😆 but the paid stuff must come first. Shower and dress firstMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!6 -
Morning all xx
Overcast here but I expect the sun to burn through later. Well, that's what the weatherman said 🙄
If tis Thursday I have two days less in Hell's Kitchen than expected. But I fear tis Tuesday 😔. Although there was a very weird noise outside just after I'd gone to bed last night so perhaps I was abducted by aliens and tis Thursday after all. Grasping at straws? Me? Yup 🤭
I'm up, dressed, made my bed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast, supped a brew, and I'll feed the birds and recycle the empty milk carton before I wend my weary way to work.
Have a lovely day not at work Fayolle 😘 xx
I'd ask for Flylady posivibes but probably best to save those for Thursday and Friday when I'll no doubt be wilting.
Love to all

Morning all. Hope you're all ok today.
Its the last day of my leave today and I think I'll be cramming two weeks plans into this one day.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
Morning all,
Not sure why you all have sunshine on the cards - cold, overcast and breezy here.
Another night in the WAC worrying about work, so up and not really ready to get at ‘em this morning. If it is Thursday already 😉, then I’m not sure if that stresses me out more, or relieves me. Wm is on, it will be hung out later, hopefully. The vague plan for the next hour or so is to clean the bathroom and blitz upstairs. Haircut appointment in big town this morning, then back home and out to another appointment with DH in small town away in the depths of the county. Sshhhhh but we might be sorting out our kitchen, after 18 years of it being “top priority”. The thought of decimating all my savings gives me shivers, though.Round, I will keep my vibes shut in the box until later in the week for you. We can share…. xx
Pigpen, I hope there is improvement amongst the poorlies.
Have a good day all. Back later x6 -

Paid stuff done and I still loads to do despite my boss going through and confirming what can wait. My last set of meeting notes are a nightmare as the person had such a strong accent I can’t use the transcription so am having to listen to it stop type listen stop type …. and I need to get it finished asap to be able to pull the rest together. Still pondering on whether to try and do it tonight or whether to try and book a holiday!Either way I think will be little flying done but early dinner was done and we’re all cleaned away and kitchen still looks good. DH even noticed I’d mucked out the top drawer.Poor Twinkles, I have coeliac disease so I know the challenges she will face. Well you too Piggers although from memory I think you’re mostly a home cook so should help. There are so many hidden things that are off list. I’m not the best example as struggle with the diet and often don’t stick to it but I’m holding my own with it currently. I have found Promise bread and rolls are the best and can actually be eaten as bread. A lot of the others are like cardboard.Kaz I love that you feed the deer and the birds. We’re townies but I love how many birds we get and we have squirrel back this year so I am putting out sweetcorn and walnuts for him/her.
Is that classed as decluttering!
Right I’m away!Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!6 -
Hi all
Have read but not absorbed, sorry, two more 9.5 hour days at the paid stuff and didnt sleep particularly well last night. As I am slightly bonkers I cycled in today too, so that added to my stupidly long day.
But the kitchen is clean and tidy (if you dont look too closely at the floor), DW and WM are on, clean washing is put away. Just need to get to next Thursday night then I will hopefully get a long weekend off and away camping.
Pigpen at least you have finally got the results, and hopefully they can do something to help, what a list of complications though poor thing! x
