the publicly-available policy terms linked above make no mention of cruise cover (in the sense of the extra add-ons relevant specifically to cruises, such as those listed at https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/insurance/cheap-travel-insurance/#accordion-content-0517185084-9, rather than generic cover applicable to any trip)0 -
I'm seriously confident the OP is more than competent enough to ask the appropriate questions in respect of the specific cover needed.0

Perhaps you consider the Co-op's cover adequate for your needs, but those looking for actual cruise cover will be after cruise-specific coverage in areas such as:- Missed departure
- Unused cruise excursions, for instance, a day trip to a city port
- Cruise itinerary change
- Cabin confinement, for example, onboard virus

P&O (for example) insist that passengers have specialist cruise cover, and reserve the right to deny boarding, at their own expense, for those who are unable to provide evidence of such insurance. Their terms include:
When travelling with us, your insurance must include medical and repatriation cover of £2 million minimum, including cover for emergency evacuations and full cover for pre-existing medical conditions in the countries you are due to visit.
As I have posted in another thread, I have been trying to obtain confirmation of the precise travel cover provided as part of the Co-op Bank Everyday Extras account, but the Co-op said I needed to contact Axa and Axa said I'd need to discuss with the Co-op.
