hi guys and gals.
we got the letter today and just reading the newbie post section a few times to understand it the best i can.
loads of things to fill in on the forms that came with it, defence section not big but i know i send this separate.
just want to make sure i do this right and dont mess up ending up costing us. it is tempting to cave due to all the rigmarole but i want companies like this stopped in their tracks.
do i need to show what the letter looks like?
