Negotiating with David Wilson

Hi Does anyone know how to negotiate with DW homes? I thought all homes were negotiable but it feels like their sales guys have no agency to do anything. I never seem to get an angle. It’s almost as if they don’t care whether they sell the place or not. Anyone had any luck?

So I tested the soundproofing with the neighbour by asking her to put her music on ridiculously loudly. It was literally deafening in her house and on the house we’re considering it was really quiet still

Unfortunately it would seem the house may have weak mortar as it seems to crumble away. I understand this is walk away territory and very very frustrating!!

Also the neighbours have all had louds of issues and not a great experience generally
