    Hi,

    N244 was accepted by the Judge and the judgement has been set aside for now. DBL  Last thing I have completed was an N180 in accordance with what was asked of me by the County court. Currently the case is still pending.

    What has been taken to be your defence, according to the Judge's Order?

    Very good.  When you get a hearing date come back here as you will need a WS and evidence bundle to support that defence.

    Did you get your £275 N244 fee ordered against the parking firm, to repay you?

    Were they ordered to reimburse your set aside fee?
