NS&I website was playing up earlier, took ages to go to a page I clicked on, randomly logging me out
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

I thought I'd try phoning first thing so after I had got through via the automatic bot it eventually let me through to speak to someone.  The only problem is the waiting time was over 60 minutes so I suspect there are quite a few having similar problems.  I thought being given the one time passcode would sort this but it blocks me even getting to that.
  • Paid 5 X £1 into my NS&I Direct Saver using a debit card yesterday AM, via website on a mobile, while sat on an inter-city bus.

    Took less than 5 minutes.

Found yesterday change uncomfortably. Used to get in with consumer account, name, guidance and a number then ended to my phone which I typed in. Pleased easier,

Yesterday instead got a call made with the number, presumably in a difference way, which I still put in but it still repeated me an enter again and still process agin and then again agin etc. Didn't getting any further.

Rang them and they said I asked to give them answers to done guidance questions which were were created in 2015 with holiday address, an address and something of else. Don't actually these and thought these were removed when they had updated legal situations.

Very unable to provide and now how to be paid some paperwork to seek if I can something sorted so I an get my situation closed in May. If I don't it will be automatically reinstated for another 3 years.

Administrately. Change seems unclear and irritably
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
