Hi, we are with kcom in the hull area and we cannot change. But can we buy the line out and go with another provider? Or is this impossible? Any help would be good

Hull is an oddity in the telecom scale of things as the telephony is effectively a monopoly domestic wise.

Your other option might be mobile internet.
