Wizz Air ADR claim no response

Does anyone know what the typical timescales are for getting anything back from ADR? I had a Wizz Air cancelled flight in August 2022. I didn't get anywhere with them despite having emails and txt messages from them saying that I should sort things out myself and give them my receipts. They then just closed the case so I raised a case via ADR in December 2022. I've had one message back in January saying they are delayed due to workload. Its now April and I have had no responses from them when I ask for an update each month. It looks like they haven't even started my case yet?

Their only phone number states it is currently not being monitored due to Covid.
