Why hasn't DLA increased from April?

I got my son's DLA payment today but it hasn't been increased to the new amounts which was meant to happen on 6th April.
Any idea why this hasn't gone up? Anyone else have this problem?

The increases were from 10th April, not 6th. All benefits are paid in arrears so no one will receive the full increase until May.
