Daytime flight finder, how?

I have used several apps in the past to research flight such as but not limited to skyscanner, Kayak etc. but presently cannot see a method to do a generic flight take off time. Any ideas to do this?

I aim to fly to Europe for holidays during daytime hours but not jetting off ( or back) before about 9 a.m. and also not arriving very late in the day. This is not just a preference but also to accommodate new medical needs this year.

Quite happy to book flights independently and use different carriers rather than a package but will not exclude the latter though.

Usually fly to specific destinations and then there are filters for flight times but would be really good to filter by flight times and then choose a destination. With that info can then make choices from options and book.

Any ideas how or an app to do this?

Google Flights will enable you to do this

fill your departure airport
Where to = Europe
enter dates
submit

you will then see a map with options for filters on left hand site
stops - nonstop only
times - use the slider to select earliest departure time, latest arrival time for both legs

you can then click on the destination on the map or from the left hand list 'view flights'...that should all meet your criteria

Not aware of any apps or sites that offer that sort of functionality but if you know which airport(s) you'd be willing to fly from and which day(s) of the week then you could look at departure (and/or arrival) listings, either on the airport site or on the likes of Flightstats, if you'd be looking to book within the same summer or winter season?
