    OP: You really do need to concentrate and take advice from the regulars on here they know what they are talking about.
    You are getting everything mixed up and stabbing in the dark, quoting things we know all about and have seen a thousand times before.
    Please for your own good slow down, read the newbies thread, complain to starbucks, and answer the questions put to you.
    The other important thing to note is that you are dealing with scammers in an unregulated industry, not John Lewis they twist and turn, they lie and dodge.
