Alternative Fuel payment

So at the end of January 23 I moved out of a property with off grid gas and it seems that the people that moved in after me mid February have got the £200 credited to their electric bill, this carnt be right , surely I'm entitled to something ?.

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1130933/domestic-alternative-fuel-payment-scheme-suppliers-guidance.pdfSuppliers are responsible for determining which MPANs correspond to an eligible customer, where eligible customer means a domestic customer who is party to a Domestic Supply Contract or a Deemed Contract for electricity supply which relates to a domestic premises at 00:00 hours on 1 February (the qualifying date), with only one Domestic Customer per Domestic Supply Contract or Deemed Contract per Domestic Premises being an eligible customer.
As you did not live in the property on the 1st of February you won't get the payment.0
