PBs- maximum holding

I have recently tried to up my PB holding to the maximum but the website won't let me, saying my deposit would take me above the maximum holding, which it would not. So I increased holding to £49K, all fine, but wouldn't let me add the final £1K. Tried to call them but got precisely nowhere with some new chatbot. It isn't…

I have this issue. I did a transaction in the past that had failed and it still exists in the background total but not on my total shown obviously.

It can be fixed on the phone according to another poster on the PB thread, but I also couldn't get through. I'm just waiting for my winnings to top it up to max (they don't seem to have the same problem).
