For a tenner each more than those Primacies, you've got 98-rated Mich CrossClimates, just about the best you can get.
Bit cheaper, the Uniroyals or Falkens.
For £95 each, I might be tempted by the Kumhos if budget's tight.

Had CC fitted on my Subaru Forester for many years and again on my Land Rover, never a problem, wet or dry. Decent grip in snow conditions, a good all-season tyre.
