A couple of letter today, 1 from loan company and one from a CC regarding missing payments, both were swiftly shredded.0

Creation who I have 2 loans with are quite persistent with their letters and texts. The bank have now started leaving an automated message too. Approaching month 2 of missed payments.

Another day another text from CC, sticking to my envelopes and it is working well0

Not heard from most creditors, creation are very persistent though. I just ignore the phone and shred the letters. Perhaps they will be the first to default0

Hi Emel
Just wanted to say hello as this month is my first month of missing payments too, so I will be following your diary as we both wait fir defaults. Scary isn't it!2 -
Hi! Yeah it is very daunting at first. I have now missed 2 months of payments, creation are hounding me, texts daily and letters weekly, but apart from that Ive not had much. Just a few emails about wanting me to contact creditors. TSB sent a letter today stating that interest will be frozen until account is brought upto date on a loan. Very much a waiting game and not much to report, hence lack of posts. Possibly more to report as we head into month 3

Hi Emmel
My first missed payment was due 1st May...today ..just ten days late I've had two phone calls and a text from my first creditor. I do have a landline but turn the ringer off . It hit me hard this morning and scared me a bit ... but we gotta do what we gotta do!
I'm subscribing to your diary as its sort of reassuring to know I'm not the only one having to do this.
Areyou writing to yours to tell them to only contact you in writing?0 -
No, Im not writing to them. I only have my mobile anyway, so I just don’t answer calls from numbers I don't recognise.
im currently just plodding away, waiting to accounts to default. The phone calls has definitely dropped in frequency1 -
Few days since i last wrote here. Creation have continued to send numerous letters, today they sent one saying that if i didnt pay within 7 days, they would be registering a default notice. Also then went on to say that once the default is issued I have 14 days to pay the full amount and that they will refer it to a DCA. I have shredded it like their previous letters, but will keep an eye out for the default notice, then communicate with the DCA.0
