Do you know how i can contact them. Is there a Phone number or email?
Many thanks0 -
Check with your intermediary. If you've paid the £90 then my guess is they didn't actually submit it on 27 March.0

Worrywomble, you need to change your forum name to "don`twrorrywomble".
Please try and calm yourself down, it will all be sorted out, honestly, its not worth stressing over, nothing will happen in the meantime, they may just need to check something with the intermediary, calm it down, and try and contact them today for an update.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Well, @JCS1, maybe because I had to submit mine as a matter of course for my very own DRO? So, you could say I think that because of my own personal experience. (Albeit 10 years ago, as I clearly stated in my post which was directed at the OP.)JCS1 said:
OR didn't use to obtain credit reports as a matter of course, why do you think they do @MalMonroe ?MalMonroe said:Hi, when I submitted an application for my DRO - ten years ago now though - I was told it could be a week or more before I heard anything. It's a very anxious time - I know how you feel. It was 8 days later that I got my letter of acceptance through the post. As far as I'm aware, the official receiver has to check your application thoroughly, which means contacting the credit report agencies to ensure that all the facts are in order before they can accept it.
If they've had a lot of applications to process that may hold things up - and I'm not sure how reliable the post is these days - also as Brie says, above, it's coming up to Easter and staff may be on leave, anything could have caused a delay.
There's this information on the Debt Camel website from last year -You could always contact your DRO adviser if you haven't heard anything in the next couple of days, see if they've heard anything."How long does it take to approve a DRO?
It’s quick! Your DRO Adviser will usually get an email a couple of working days after submitting the application to say it has been approved.
The letter to you confirming this, called the Debtor’s Notice, is posted the same day your DRO Adviser is told, so you usually get it the day after. It’s a good idea to keep this letter safe, even when your DRO has finished, because it proves what debts are included in your DRO.
The Insolvency Register is also updated, showing your DRO."
(It's in this link - scroll down a bit to the correct paragraph -
https://debtcamel.co.uk/dro-applications-faqs/#How_long_does_it_take_to_approve_a_DRO )
I don't think it'd be a good idea to re-submit your application. You probably couldn't do that without an adviser anyway and you may well have to pay another £90 to do so.
I hope that's of some help, just my own opinions and thoughts of course. Good luck.
And also because that's what Debt Camel says in the information from 2022 viz - "Why do I have to get my credit reports? You are being asked for a credit report so that your DRO Adviser can be sure all your debts are being listed. This is for your own protection – any debts which are not listed on your DRO application are not included in it and so you will still have to pay them."
Was your DRO processed more recently than mine?
I do appreciate your keeping an eye on what I post, though, even though I do make it absolutely crystal clear on every one I make that these are my own thoughts and opinions and in my signature I advise anyone who reads any post I make to check, check, check and verify again for themselves whatever they read. (see below).
My comments are always meant to help and reassure an OP, whoever they may be. In this case, it's worrywomble. Who still isn't reassured, sadly.
The reports are for the intermediary the OR does not routinely obtain copies.
I have also never been insolvent, so please remove that from your post1 -
